Cancellation Policy:
We trust that you have availed of the free vaccinations provided by your government. Your hosts have been fully vaccinated.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OUR GUESTS TO COVER THEMSELVES WITH TRAVEL & TRIP CANCELLATION/ INTERRUPTION INSURANCE.
Being a small business, we have to strictly enforce our Cancellation policy.
For direct bookings, should you need to cancel 15 days prior to your arrival, there will be no charges levied. Guests that booked directly on our website and who need to cancel 14 days or less before arrival, your credit card will be charged in full (non-refundable).
Guests that have booked via a third party online site such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com etc., the no charge cancellation policy is 30 days or more before arrival. You can cancel 31 days before arrival at no charge.
25% of your stay will be charged 14 days before arrival & the balance when you are checking in.
For all types of reservations, if we are successful in re-selling your room, you will get a refund minus charges from credit card and card processing providers.
Should you or us need to cancel due to Covid-19 restrictions by the government, you will not be charged and any deposits will be returned in full.
The hosts will do their very best to minimize the impact of the cancellation and provide various options such as a Gift certificate of 50% of your charges to be applied towards a future stay within 365 days of the original booking date. Should you decide to reschedule to a future date, no more cancellations will be allowed.
If you or your party are sick or have any symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, trouble breathing, etc.) before your arrival you must cancel your reservation. Please call us immediately. Guests exhibiting Covid-19 symptoms will be refused entry. Once again we cannot emphasize enough, about protecting yourselves with travel & trip cancellation/interruption insurance.
The above cancellation policies hold no matter the reason for cancellation.
Should an illness occur during your stay you must notify us immediately and we will work with you on the best way to handle the situation, as there are so many variables that may have to be taken into consideration.
